Enterprise AI Instructor &
Adoption Consultant
Translating complex AI systems — prompt engineering, RAG, evals, agents, and workflow automation — into practical, boardroom-ready learning experiences for non-technical business audiences.
I help leaders, educators, and teams move from AI curiosity to confident execution through human-centered instruction, hands-on experimentation, and clear technical translation.

Bridging Technical AI Concepts and Practical Human Adoption
Executive AI Instruction
I design and facilitate practical AI learning experiences that help leaders and non-technical professionals understand what AI can do, where it creates value, and how to apply it responsibly.
Hands-On AI Learning Labs
I build low-friction learning environments where people can experiment with prompts, agents, multimodal tools, and AI workflows while developing confidence through practice.
Human-Centered AI Adoption
I help organizations reduce AI overwhelm, build trust, and translate emerging tools into practical, responsible, human-centered workflows.
Evidence of AI Instruction, Learning Design, and Adoption
Selected examples showing how I translate complex ideas into usable learning experiences, facilitate adoption, and design for human understanding.
AI Product Advisory & Agent-Supported Learning Design
Advised founders and product leaders on aligning technical capabilities with authentic learner needs, translating complex AI and instructional concepts into usable product strategy, learning architecture, and human-centered design decisions.
Consulted with Adam Franklin for Studybuds.io, designing 5 AI-enabled science lessons on ecosystems and body systems. These lessons used conversational agents to engage students in dialogue, surface misconceptions, and help learners demonstrate conceptual understanding through interactive explanation and feedback.
Advised Robert Keenalley of Salty Sharks, where my pedagogical design work became the basis for two interactive metaverse learning worlds: Respiratory System and The Bone Yard.

District-Wide Learning Response for 950+ Staff
Co-authored and facilitated a sensitive, district-wide implicit bias curriculum for 950+ staff members via live digital platforms. The work required trust-building, careful facilitation, and cross-stakeholder alignment in a high-stakes organizational context.
The training helped staff engage difficult material with structure, clarity, and practical application, contributing to measurable improvement in organizational climate and behavior.

Essential Standards Institute: Reducing Cognitive Overload at Scale
As a founding member of the EESD Essential Standards Institute, I collaborated with district leadership and subject matter experts to identify, align, and scaffold core English Language Arts competencies into a guaranteed and viable curriculum for K–8 instruction.
This work standardized daily instructional priorities for 300+ K–8 educators and optimized learning pathways for 8,400+ students across 16 schools, helping teachers focus on the highest-leverage standards instead of trying to cover every standard at equal depth each year.
I also helped shape equitable grading standards, performance-based rubric parameters, and targeted intervention strategies designed to reduce achievement gaps and support district-wide literacy alignment, within a system operating at a student reading proficiency baseline of 65%.

Friday Night Fromage: AI Adoption Through Play
Created and facilitated a weekly LinkedIn-based AI literacy series inviting educators, parents, and AI-curious professionals to experiment with generative AI through themed food-pun challenges using image, audio, and video tools.
Over four months, the series generated 30–50 submissions per week and 80–100 comments per post, building a global weekend community around playful, low-stakes AI experimentation.

AI should strengthen human capability, not diminish it.
I believe technology should be used to enhance human equity, creativity, and connectivity. My approach to AI instruction helps leaders and teams adopt powerful tools in ways that are practical, responsible, and deeply human-centered.
Boardroom-Ready Technical Clarity
Demonstrating how I translate dense engineering topics into actionable mental models for non-technical leaders.
“Like giving the AI an open-book exam where you supply the exact textbook.”
In enterprise settings, RAG reduces hallucinations by dynamically supplying trusted company knowledge bases alongside the user’s prompt.
“Setting up the grading rubric before you evaluate the work.”
Evals shift implementation from a guessing game into rigorous validation of accuracy, usefulness, bias, tone, and reliability.
“Moving from a calculator that waits to an assistant that keeps working.”
Agentic systems loop through tasks: they plan, act, check, revise, and continue until the outcome is reached.
Early GenAI Practice and Multimodal Learning Design
Multimodal AI Advertising Project
In summer 2023, I designed a project-based high school learning experience where students practiced rhetorical appeals by creating and marketing fictional products across radio ads, print ads, TV commercials, websites, and video storyboards.
Students used AI voice, image, web mockup, and video planning tools to experiment with tone, persona, persuasion, and creative media production — connecting classical rhetoric to modern multimodal AI literacy.

AI Learning for Non-Technical Audiences
Across workshops, advisory work, and public AI literacy efforts, I specialize in helping non-technical learners understand AI through analogies, hands-on practice, and practical workflows instead of jargon-heavy lectures.
This approach supports enterprise learning environments where leaders need fast clarity, teams need psychological safety, and adoption depends on confidence rather than technical intimidation.
